Following on from the recent PSN and Humble Bundle sales, it's time for Steam to get in on the act. Included in their Mystery Midweek sale is the Broken Sword pentalogy with a 66% discount.

It seems Steam are up to their old tricks again with pricing, meaning it doesn't matter what your currency of choice is for the first three games in the series (€ = $ = £). Buy them individually for ¤1.69 each (or ¤3.39 if bought together). Broken Sword 4 and 5 are slightly more expensive, so pricing differs across regions. Broken Sword 4 is going for €/$3.39 / £2.37, and Broken Sword 5 for €7.81 / $8.49 / £6.45.

Other games on the list that I'd recommend include the Beneath a Steel Sky-esque dystopian adventure, Gemini Rue, the quirky Puzzle Agent series, and the wonderful story driven '90s 'em up Gone Home.
